Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp calamansi juice
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 325ºF degrees.
  • Cream the butter
  • Add coconut sugar & whisked egg.
  • Add flour, evaporate milk, and calamansi to the coconut sugar and egg mixture.
  • Add mashed banana.
  • Add chopped walnuts.
  • Pour batter into greased 8x8x2 or 9x9x2-inch pan.
  • Bake at 325ºF for 90 minutes or until it’s done.
