Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tsp calamansi juice
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325ºF degrees.
- Cream the butter
- Add coconut sugar & whisked egg.
- Add flour, evaporate milk, and calamansi to the coconut sugar and egg mixture.
- Add mashed banana.
- Add chopped walnuts.
- Pour batter into greased 8x8x2 or 9x9x2-inch pan.
- Bake at 325ºF for 90 minutes or until it’s done.
